This presentation has been developed to provide a comprehensive overview and the latest updates of PALMS*, encompassing the definitions and key characteristics for improved risk management, and the ability to gain a competitive edge in dynamic environments.

This presentation provides a forward-looking perspective on the legacy EHS concerns and sets a reliable basis for strategic planning and is pivotal in guiding organizations towards sustained success.

Licensed NYCDOB Site Safety Manager (SSM), ENVISION Sustainability Professional (EnvSP), EPA Certified Risk Assessor (CRA), Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP) w/Civil Endorsement, Certified Asbestos Investigator (CAI)/ Management Planner/ Designer, Auditor ISO 19011, 14001, 45001. Professor in EHS+S at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, Rutgers School of Public Health, Columbia University, NYU, CUNY/ Hunter & City Colleges, and Stevens Institute of Technology. Have served on various Industry Experts’ Panels on the subjects represented by the acronym P.A.L.M.S. (PCBs/Pandemic/PFAS, Asbestos/Arsenic, Lead/Legionella, Mold/Metals, Silica/Safety/ Sustainability) and is EPA, OSHA, NY/NJ DOH/DOL Instructor for Lead, Asbestos, Mold, HazMat, HAZWOPER, EHS+S Standards, and Legal & Health-effects topics.
