President's Message
I would like to introduce an exciting new program that was offered through National AIHA called Local Section e-Learning Subscription. The NJAIHA purchased this subscription for 2012. This subscription entitles members to access webinars and Book Clubs. Unfortunately, access is not to live events but all events held during the current year (about 2 weeks after the event) and the archived files.
Typically there are 7-9 webinars per year. Here are the webinars and Book Clubs scheduled so far for 2012:
- 2012 Book Club Series on the White Book
- Exploring IH Expert Witness Testimony and the Daubert Standard: What You Should Know
- Risk Assessment Approach to Nanomaterials
- Global Chemical Regulatory Shifts: Are We Leading, Following or Remaining the Same

So, how will this subscription work?
- If you wish to participate you will need to subscribe with NJAIHA through PayPal below.
- You must be a member of NJAIHA
- The cost for the 2012 subscription is $150.00
- You will be notified electronically with your access to the secure Online Community where materials and archives will be posted
- In order to receive training contact hours (formerly known as CM points) you will:
- NOT need to submit a final exam processing fee
- Need to submit an online exam and evaluation
- Need to be sure that final exams and evaluations are submitted by February 28, 2013 for any webinars completed in 2012.
